The Gate LodgeThe Gate Lodge at Berryhill is on the right hand side of the main Berryhill avenue Gates. A single level property, the Lodge is bright and airy with large rooms. The interior consists of a hallway, leading to the left, into an arch into the kitchen, quarry tiled, which has large windows overlooking the River Nore and Woodstock, dish-washer, microwave, cooker and fully fitted, and a large open fireplace.Through the kitchen is a double bedroom carpeted,with two sash windows, also overlooking the River Nore, this bedroom is en-suite with shower loo and wash-basin. Also from the hallway is a utility area to the right with washing machine, large hotpress, off this is a bathroom with bath, loo and wash-basin, white tiled floor. Straight ahead of the front door is the sitting room is carpeted, with two windows on the right, and two sofa beds, stereo, lamps and tables, on the other side of the sitting room there are large patio doors to the left of the fireplace.
